This policy applies to all ProudDiaspoFace services, including websites, applications, user-generated content, messaging features, and all users, staff, and moderators.

A child is any individual under 13 years old (United States – COPPA) or under 16 years old (EU/UK – GDPR-K), depending on applicable law.

ProudDiaspoFace is not intended for children below the minimum legal age without verified parental consent. Accounts violating age requirements may be suspended or removed.
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
Strictly prohibited content includes CSAM, grooming, harassment, sexualized content involving minors, solicitation of personal data from minors, and encouragement of harmful or illegal acts involving children.
6. Moderation & Reporting
We use automated tools, human moderation, and user reports. Child safety reports are treated as high priority.

We collect minimal data, do not sell children’s data, and apply strong security safeguards.
8. Parental Rights
Parents or guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s data and withdraw consent at any time.
